A Little About Me
I was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, moved to Alberta in my teens where I eventually married and have one amazing son, and daughter-in-law. I transferred to Houston, Texas in 2014 with the Energy Industry and transitioned into Telecom for a couple of years.
I am an experienced Coach, Leader and Manager with most of my career spent developing data professionals to drive data and digital transformations for larger corporations both within the Oil and Gas industry as well as the telecommunications infrastructure industry. I have successfully built high-performing teams from conception to fruition as well as led existing teams to be those delivering significant transformational strategies. Teams and individuals under my leadership have grown and developed both personally and professionally.
I now have the privilege to reside in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Montana where I love to hang with friends and family. Running, hiking, golf and waterskiing are some of my favorite activities. When it’s time to wind down you will likely find me fireside with my favorite cup of joe or red wine – hopefully with some company ;-)
What inspires me: “A Future Focused in Possibility” – This is why I recently took the plunge to leave my corporate life and start Focus Forward as a practice. This is where I can partner with people like you and deepen the connections to find the possibilities of the future.
