Influence Style Indicator (ISI)
The Influence Style IndicatorTM (ISI) is an assessment designed to understand an individual's preferred style as they influence others. The assessment offers a comprehensive insight into the nuanced dynamics of interpersonal influence, empowering individuals to strategically adapt their approach for more effective communication and impactful influence.

You will then complete your personal online self-assessment
1x private & confidential 60-minute virtual coaching session with a certified ISI trainer and professional leadership coach. During this session, you’ll work one-on-one with your coach to review your individual assessment results and develop a personalized action plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Emotional Intelligence
(EQ-i) Individual
Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I) is a set of 15 proven emotional and social skills that influence the way we:
Perceive and express ourselves.
Develop and maintain social relationships.
Cope with challenges.
Use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.
Questionnaire received electronically which takes less than 15 minutes to complete. This provides insight and a baseline of one’s current emotional intelligence. The results are returned to the individual 24 hours prior to their scheduled debrief session.

Emotional Intelligence
(EQ-i) 360
This assessment can be done in addition to the individual EQ-I assessment. The individual and the coach would select 5-15 people (multi-raters) together to complete the same assessment, but based on their interactions with the individual. The results are anonymous. This assessment provides insight into an individual’s areas of alignment, misalignment and blind spots from their leader, peers, or subordinates.

You will then complete your personal online self-assessment
The coach will coordinate assessments with the multi-raters
4x private & confidential 60-minute virtual coaching sessions with a certified EQ trainer and professional leadership coach. During these sessions, you’ll work one-on-one with your coach to review your individual assessment results, then work through the results of their multi-raters (autonomous report) and develop a personalized action plan tailored to your unique needs and goals, incorporating the critical information from the 360 insight.
