What is leadership coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative partnership that connects on a personal and professional level of beliefs, values, and vision. Results are enabled through a process of discovery, goal setting, and specific actions. You will have the opportunity to leverage science-based self-assessments to explore your inventory for emotional intelligence competencies and preferences in your style of influence. These customized results will be the foundation for building an action plan for your professional development that is aligned with your beliefs and values it is a critical needle mover in how you lead up, across, and down your organization.
We leverage your strengths and capabilities as a Leader to solidify how you authentically show up for yourself, your teams, and your networks to drive performance. Melinda’s coaching approach to development allows for ongoing support beyond a classroom or workshop and provides real-life and real-time practice for your growing leadership skills. Every journey is unique and tailored to the specific needs and goals of the client and is always rooted in trust, ethics, and your commitment to change.
The greatest success through Leadership Development Coaching is the partnership in progression through 4 key focus areas, with one area building on the next, starting with Individual Growth, Leadership Growth, Team Growth, and then Business Growth.
Coaching sessions are confidential and never discussed by the coach outside of the partnership. A coachee/client is free to share what they choose from coaching sessions, but a Coach is held by the code of ethics through the International Coaching Federation.

Coaching:
Delivery and Pricing
The most impactful approach to execute on a sustainable plan for success is by working with a leader over a period of time, at minimum 3-months to provide a solid foundation to growth, from there month to month or longer term agreements are available. During this time, the leader is engaged in a coaching program where they will identify areas of their leadership they would like to explore, create goals around these areas of exploration, and measure their success against these goals.
Monthly subscription: $250—$500/coachee.
What’s included:
Auto-generated transcription and action lists (optional)
Minimum 2 hours of confidential 1:1 coaching (30, 45, 60-minute sessions available) no maximum
Rapid focus sessions when required (text, voice, email)
Access to science-based assessments in EQ and ISI (assessment at cost)
Pricing can vary depending on the agreement, below are common pricing factors:

After an initial no-charge Discovery Call, usually takes 30-45 minutes, we can clarify the above pricing factors and establish exact pricing for the engagement. Note: Executive Coaching is often classified by organizations as Leadership Development and may be eligible for reimbursement.
